Saurabh Gupta

Saurabh is a physician-innovator and technology leader with deep experience advancing data, safety, and decision-support systems in healthcare. He previously co-founded LifeMech, which developed an FDA-authorized ventilator during COVID-19. At CorMetrix, he guides company strategy and product direction, focusing on trustworthy AI and modern data infrastructure for complex medical and legal workflows.

Chief Operating Officer

Aris Sophocles

Aris Sophocles is a cardiothoracic anesthesiologist and executive leader with deep experience operating in high-stakes environments where trust, safety, and accountability matter. He leads CorMetrix’s regulatory, compliance, and responsible AI programs, building the frameworks that keep the company’s technology rigorous, auditable, and aligned with emerging standards across healthcare and medico-legal settings. Prior to CorMetrix, he ran a $30M/year medical practice and has spent his career bridging clinical reality with operational execution. Outside of work, Aris is a nationally ranked competitive cyclist and spends most of his free time with his wife and their Great Danes.

Lakshman Krishnamurthy

Lakshman is a veteran engineering executive with more than 30 years building secure, high-performance platforms, including mission-critical systems at Intel. As a co-founder of LifeMech, he helped deliver an FDA-authorized ventilator in response to the COVID-19 crisis. At CorMetrix, he leads architecture, AI engineering, and the technical foundation that supports reliable, compliant data processing at scale.

Kate Rajotte

Kate is a product and workflow-design leader with deep experience building tools for clinicians and expert reviewers. She specializes in translating complex data into clear, actionable interfaces that improve speed and accuracy without disrupting existing processes. At CorMetrix, she oversees product strategy and user experience, ensuring the company’s technology delivers practical value across diverse review settings.

Matt Slater

Matt is a surgeon and systems strategist with decades of experience strengthening high-stakes operational processes. He has led major initiatives to improve efficiency, coordination, and decision-making across clinical teams. At CorMetrix, he oversees execution and implementation, ensuring the company’s technology fits real-world workflows across healthcare and legal review environments.

Product & Privacy Counsel, JD, CIPP/US

Puruda Kothari

Puruda is a technology and AI governance attorney with experience inside major platforms and enterprise environments, including legal roles at Twitter, YouTube, Maximus, and SRD Legal Group. She specializes in building the legal and contractual foundations required for defensible AI systems, enterprise readiness, and PIL-aligned workflows. She is licensed in D.C. and holds a CIPP/US certification.
